Hotel “Elitsa” is located in the resort complex Pamporovo, to the south of the top Snejanka, 1700 m altitude in the age-old pine-trees and sprus forests, 10 km north of town Smolyan.
The mountain climate is under the marked influence of the Mediterranean, the winter is snowy and open, without long spell of cold weather, the summer is cool and humid and the autumn – long and warm. The mountain wind is reason for negative ionization of the air in the region.
The hotel works all the year round, offers wonderful conditions for skiing-tourism in the winter at a short distance of ski-strips. It is organized transport to the ski-wardrobes and equipment.
The hotel offers in the summer mountain path for pedestrians with a guide through picturesque places in Perelik`s part of the midland Rodopi, tours to the caves in the region, a possibility of hunting and fishing.
In the hotel’s region are organized amusing games – badminton, volleyball and paintball, as well chess and billiard.
At tourist’s disposal there are programs in historical museum and Planetarium in Smolyan. The hotel offers wonderful conditions for organizing of child’s` camps, family celebrations, business meetings and seminars. Hotel “Elitsa” have enough a private parking lot.
Hotel ELITZA is differs with an original architecture and a cozy interior. It works all year long it has 50 places, separated in  rooms with two and three beds, flats and studios with four beds. All the rooms have separate sanitary function, a hair-drier, TV sat and central heating.
There is luxury Alpine villa, with works all year long and it has three bedrooms, hall with fair-place and winter garden. There are fully equipped kitchen and laundry, separate steam heating and satelit.
